For trying to stay under 1500 what do you guys think?
I'm not a big gamer or anything, so I might go with only 1 video card and get a cheaper keyboard and stuff.
Any other suggestions? And yes, I will be overclocking.

I'd be safe and dual boot, personally, but as discussed in the other thread, it depends on what you're doing. I do most of my Web design and development in Windows, for example, because 1) it's (sadly) the most likely environment in which it's going to be experienced, and 2) Adobe CS3 is still a bit wonky in Wine, AFAIK. But if you're not in that situation (or into gaming at all), I'd definitely save my money and pick up a Linux distro.

What you end up with is a high end performer with huge storage, and upgradeability, for not a lot of cash. You have space for up to 5 Hdd's, 4 DVD drives, and still have 3x 80mm fans to keep you cool. Lots of USB connectors, lots of SATA connectors,, a powerful video card, and 8 fucking gigs of ram. Now to push this, you will need Vista, or some other multi-core OS. Otherwise you are just wasting money and time. XP can only handle a single processor core, and up to 4 gb of ram. I have upgraded to Vista Ultimate, and have few complaints. It is a massively decentralized OS and is a petty bitch when it wants to be, but I get full preformance out of my 3.2ghz p4 dual core. I just need more ram, and a better video card. Well, have fun!
