What VPN to use?

I have finally reached the level of paranoia where I feel I need to rent a VPN, so I'm wondering what VPNs do you use (if any) and what ones would the decimated HTS audience recommend?

As the decimated HTS audience.. I use acevpn. I do pay for it. You can get it for like 6 dollars a month. But i just pay 15 every 3 months. It's pretty good. And pretty simple to use.

Good one, although I'm not so sure on the privacy policy :/, they only say they don't "spy" and that then leads to different interpretations. I think my search my continue...

But out of curiosity how fast is it? Do youtube videos and webpages slow?

Eh i suppose. But as for the speed, gorgeously beautiful. No difference noted.

i would recommend either hidemyass vpn which is the best vpn out there or black shades vpn because they don't store logs.

That was one of my biggest gripes with TOR. While it bounces the ip around, it was very noticeably slow and, not even media wise. I was actually puzzled as to how anyone could do something worth the experience, because I was just using it as an experiment and I got fed up with how slow it loaded websites.
