I found a foreign hacking site. What should I do?

I found a Arab/Palestinian hacking site that has their users hacking other websites. Their website is here: Removed. The evidence of their hacking can be found here: Removed. Finally, their threat to anyone seeking to fix the problem can be found here: Removed. Any suggestions?

Sorry, but you're pretty much asking us to hack them. Having a site devoted to hacking isn't illegal, as evidenced by the existence of this site. Hacking other sites is illegal, and while it's obvious they are hacking sites (probably with skiddie tools), we can't hack them back - it's illegal, and we don't support illegal activities here.

Report them to law enforcement if you wish, although I doubt anything will be done about it. To be honest; they're basically helping web evolution - sites poorly secured enough to be defeated by skiddie tools deserve to be taken off the internet.

They're idiots that think they can hack - but let them think that. There's nothing we can do.

I would never ask anyone to hack anyone else for me. Anyways, it looks like they're beginners because they've only hacked news and php forums. Plus, they only hack the main page.

Out of curiosity, was the "proof" you linked (the site that got hacked) yours?

A report to law enforcement would not generally be useful, specially if the site is in another country than yours. If they were of any significance in terms of a real hacking threat, A- The site would not have such a public face to be found and B- Law enforcement probably is already aware of their existence. Being from an actual criminal hacking background myself, however... sites like this can often be a recruiting tool.. especially if there is an extremist ideology fronting it. So @ my esteemed colleagues, skiddie sites can have more legit big brothers, imagine having a legion of skiddies to do your shit work.... Would it be alright if I get that URL? Purely for curiosity and educational purposes.
