So would using "secure deletion" setting at "Gutmann 35 passes" on Ccleaner achieve this? And then using the program to routinely "wipe free space" as well? I'm just trying to understand. Would it delete the locally cached history, cookies, and cached images/websites? Or will those still be there? Just curious honestly, trying to understand what the OP wants, and if my understanding/use of CCleaner has been correct.

CCLeaner option only deletes unreferenced("Empty" if you wish) space on the Hard Drive. Mixed with other clean options it would first delete temp data and browsing stuff. Then do the (35 in this case) passes.

35 passes is complete overkill. Clean once with 3 passes then wipe free with 3 passes.

Gutmann himself said that 35 passes is unnecessary. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gutmann_method

To be completely fair to the OP, the only way we can give you an accurate response is if we know WHAT EXACTLY they want removed. Without specifics we can only guess.
