<INPUT TYPE="submit" VALUE="Yahoo"><a></center>

<FORM METHOD="http://www.facebook.com" ACTION="http://www.facebook.com">

Each HTML tag has an end tag.
Code: Select all
<html></html>
<strong></strong>

Some that do not directly contain content have an inline end tag, like so:
Code: Select all
<img src='image.jpg' />
<link href='style.css' />

That should be all you need to know, so I'm locking the topic so people won't tell you exactly.
Best way to learn.
