Eclipse is, in my opinion, leagues ahead of netbeans for any java programming that doesn't involve GUIs. I use netbeans simply because it's the only free and easy to use java GUI editor. I make all of my command line java programs, all of my important libraries, and all of my cracking/hacking in Eclipse, but I've never found anything better for GUIs than netbeans.

What would be a good program to be able to go into someones computer on your own network and lets say mess with them and open stuff up. I am running Windows I have never tried Linux yet one day I will Just not yet I mean From the intel I've gathered on virtual box its like a OS in a OS right? I could run linux on it?

I havn't actually used it but i'm pretty sure TOR is basically the equivalent of a VPN. you send requests to other computers, they get the resources and send them to you, meanwhile the website has the other computers IP address in their logs and not yours

virtual box is put simply a computer emulator. You can run a (virtual) computer('box') inside your computer

That would be a RAT or remote administration tool, look it up. And yes

Tor keeps your physical location hidden but not necessarily what's being transferred.
The glass is neither half-full nor half-empty; it's merely twice as big as it needs to be.

So then how would one go about remaining completely anonymous online? I see browsing I have a IP blocker not sure if its any good Peerblock. I'm gonna get a new WAY better computer in a week or so then I will be fully using most of these programs cause this one just couldn't cut it if I wanted it too. Lol That's why I am gathering information now.

Setup a VPN, and then connect to Tor.

Too much to type.
Just switch to it and save me the task of typing a bunch of endless things.
