BackTrack is based on Ubuntu, so to answer your question in short yes.
However, it will take time to do all of this. You will need to download/install them 1 at a time.
I would just recommend putting BackTrack on a USB or a VM, and if you must, just daul/tri boot. I mean if you want to throw everything from BackTrack onto Ubuntu, why not just use BackTrack. The obvious answer is that Ubuntu is more stable. I haven't tested it, but if you put everything from BackTrack onto Ubuntu, I would probably guess it to have the same effect anyways.
Spreading knowledge just once a day, can help keep the script kiddies away.
