I just watched this video about how proxy servers can legally gather information and infect users via JavaScript and adding them to a botnet. I thought this video was very informative and gave me a broad understanding of why JavaScript should be disabled for added security, and how proxy servers can be dangerous. I encourage people to watch it!
Spreading knowledge just once a day, can help keep the script kiddies away.
