Finding Encrypted Passwords?

Sorry, I'm a bit of a newfag and I've been trying to find the encrypted passwords of accounts on websites, such as facebook, youtube, etc,.

I know there is some way to find them but I do not know how.

Thanks in advance for any help, I'm trying to crack a password, but it's impossible without the encrypted one.

Quick note, this isn't 4chan. People here may visit 4chan, but once again, this isn't 4chan.

Anywho, it sounds like you might be slightly confused on this whole hacking concept. I'd say you should go through all the missions, and then you should be able to answer your own question.
