How do you forget your password? A computer seems like something you would use on a weekly if not daily basis... But anyway, this.

Easy method first. Log into the admin account (or a different account that might have admin privileges) then reset it. If you can't do that then let the fun stuff begin!

It's always these topics where everyone is unsure of what advice to give.. If you literally had forgot your password, then you'd probably be looking for a way to get it back without formatting over or anything. If the computer was a actually a stolen computer, then formatting would be best in that situation. If it was actually your parents computer, then perhaps a physical keylogger would be best. But really, we need to know the real deal. What's really going down?
