tremor's hacking challenge..

Ok, so a recent thread revived my interest in creating a couple mini challenges. So I started working on a couple HTS like missions.. I'd be more than happy if HTS would want to add them (or the concepts) to it's missions.

I will try to create missions that are both challenging and realistic (based on real world scenarios). If you like where I'm going with these let me know and I'll put more effort into creating more.

Currently have 2 missions setup. The first is one some of you may have already seen. The second one, I think is really cute. Try them out.. feedback appreciated. Especially on #2 - because I think HTS needs more realistics like this one. (ya know, updated.. for the modern ages).

Respect for your effort ;)
I just took a look at your challenge and they really got me thinking.
I'd love to see them as official challenges here

I've kicked Joe Security's Ass!
wouldnt mind kicking it again in future if you get time to make anymore tremor. It's nice to see something like this rather than "help me hack such and such" followed by three admins and two members quoting T+Cs. In fact when the summer holidays come along, I hope to get a couple of mini missions of my own on the go. Keep up the good work bro.

I've got a concept for a 3rd one in my head... I'm just trying to work out the programming logistics because It's potentially unsafe for my web server. I've got a bunch of free economy hosting credits from GoDaddy that I might have to take advantage of for this.

ogawd. I honestly hate GoDaddy. But I guess it'd be easier for a temporary site server.

I'm a bit confused about the first one, because the pop-up window doesn't seem to allow url editing so how can I insert any javascript?

Slow down. First you need to see what is going on. (If you're doing this by hand), look close at the login window. How could you see the script for the login prompt? Think back to basic 3.
