Google recently released a beta of its web browser Chrome, and I like it. The look is nice, its fast and the developer tools associated with it is already impressive. Anyone else have thoughts on it? I think if 3rd party apps for it are built it could give Firefox a run for its users.

First impression: Where's the 'home' button? Second impression: If I actually have to LOOK for the home button then it isn't worth keeping. Verdict: Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs... you know the rest.

I saw the link for this.. and was about to download it.. but the sudden rush I got from reading the link dissipated in about 12 milliseconds after I saw the screenshots. Eh.. maybe I'll try it sometime later.

I like it a little. It's quick and sharp. Yes, a couple of skins would be cool, but it's still in beta. Give them a chance. And you can just click the 'show home button in toolbar' to get that to show up.

Yea the original EULA was really screwed! Google had the right to see everything that I saw.. Idiotic!
But I must say that I like Chrome. It is fast and it is fast. The best thing is that I don't think of the browser. That is my number 1 criteria for a good browser.
