Common files stolen by keystealers?

What are some of the files/paths on Windows/OSX that keystealer viruses commonly access? Things like plaintext valuable information/credentials? Files that someone with direct access would steal with malicious intentions. E.g. Product keys, browser profiles. etc.

What are some you can you think of?

Bitcoin wallets.
