apex help

hello any1 have a working apex cracker (made by buddah) ? i have downloaded a few and some have viruses and some doesnt work,some files are encrypted,so i get this message with a few
: component `MSWINSCK.OCX´ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid and i dont know why cuz its happens alot and i have installed it several times but it doesnt work so plz help me

i tried all forums i know and all have an ircbot or a spyware or a trojan in it so.... i honestly dont know where to find it? if some1 have it on comp can u upload for me , that would be awesome.
