Is it possible to hire a hacker to find weak points in my site etc.

I looking to see if it is possible for some one to hack in to site and collect members emails?

If so how easy would it be?

First off this post has nothing to do with programming. It probably should be located under the web section which dose deal with web security which is what you are looking for. Secondly you can hire people to test your sites and networks, although they don't call them selfs hackers but security experts. Thirdly if you wanted to commit a cyder crime of some sort an actual "hacker" or more commonly known as a black hat would not just advertise him self on the internet with big banners and flashy info adds because he would most likely get shut down very quickly.

They are also called Ethical Hackers or whitehat hackers.

Yes, on this site I think there are mainly ethical hackers. There are few (if any) black hat hackers here (I talk like I know something, there might be a lot, I'm new here) and asking someone to break the law for you here is like asking someone to help you rob a bank at a police station.

If there were any blackhats they would not tell you and you would not know if they were (if they were actually legit blackhats).
