i don't like ruby tbh lol so far ive only read up on it but its 'simple syntax' isn't very intuitive so whats the point?
python however is intuitive and also i like the tab delimited coding its very efficient and easy to transition to from vbdotnet

Don't worry, I nearly got called a maniac for saying that I feel that some programming languages are the same.
I mean it's generally just a bit of syntax switching from the high level languages I know: Python, JavaScript, and almost done learning C++. They all seem similar to me xD
Right now I am looking forward to Java next, as it seems very different in syntax and what it can/can not do.

How long did it take for you to learn Ruby? I was thinking of going in that direction after Java, but you almost made me think twice haha
