1st: http://w3schools.com/html/default.asp
2nd: http://www.w3schools.com/js/default.asp
3rd: http://www.w3schools.com/sql/default.asp
4th: http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp

After you do all that, you should have a pretty solid idea of where to go from there.

I like Firefox the best for web development, hackery and pretty much anything, but chromes not too bad either. I love that movie even though it is ridiculous.

Check out the web track on codeacademy. Might be better than w3schools.
