Haha it's not supposed to be hard. Just enough so that if the average person were to see the image they wouldn't be able to read the message. The internet is your friend here, no need to go and try doing this by hand.

Bam, hacker mentality right there. That's why I made the qr code for you in the first place.
All a qr code is really is a graphical representation of data. It's very similar to the traditional bar code that store the price of items at the store. But qr codes are matrix barcodes (two-dimensional code). QR Code scanners just take the image and decipher it. Most of the time it is just a URL link. But what if we were to inject additional code into that image... We could trick the innocent iphone user into visiting malicious site or... well let your mind run with it.
