That depends how high up you are in the corporate food chain... My Uncle makes a little over a quarter-of-a-million per year as partner at an accounting firm.

It can also depend on what type of accounting you do. A business recovery team or financial analysts can make fortunes.

Also, once you're high up the food chain you can go play golf between 12 and 3 and not do any off the boring tasks by delegating :)
