thanks for clearing the air........after reading the second source seems like SANS is better......one more thing are they both colleges/universities or whatever you want to call them?

I've heard a lot of good things about offensive security. I wouldn't mind taking a few classes myself. As for the tutorial, or any tutorial for that matter, it's usually never a waste of time. Even the really bad tuts I've seen always have a little something you can get out of it. For the one you found and posted? +1. Do it if you are interested in metasploit. It looks well put together, organized, and guides you along each step.

I've also heard a lot of good things, but never took the time or money to look into it. If you do decide to go for it, let us know how it is.
