HELP WITH AV.EXE

([msg=35046]see HELP WITH AV.EXE[/msg])

Okay, idk where this is supposed to go, but i dont have time for that.
Some little shit managed to put av.exe on my computer and idk what to do.
It acted as Vista System Security 2010 or something like that, and kept popping up and wouldent go away.
The second i saw it i knew i had to get rid of it.
Isolated it out from task manager (which is how i figured its av.exe)
Maleware bytes wasnt finding it.
Itd restard whenever id open anything.
So as a panic type defense, i did a system restore to three days ago.
It appears to be gone, but my pc is acting sluggish and just kind of unordinary.
So i suspect its still somewhere on my pc, and its pissing me off.
Running windows vista
Ps. In my attempt to rid the exe, i deleted a few registry keys, that someone on some other forum said to do. I dont know if this is relevant.

Delete all the files and registry values it tells you to in the FIRST LINK of that google search.

We're not here to hold your hand.

If you have deleted ALL of the files and registry keys that the website I told you to go to says to delete, then the virus is clear from your system and there's another issue causing it to be slow.

What bothered me, is not all the keys from the site were in my registry.
If i remember correctly, i only found one that matched what the site listed, which means what i have must be diffrent.

I don't understand why people ask us for help with almost anything computer related. We don't know the exact process you need to go through to remove every virus. It's not like we have a magical tome that's updated more frequently than an AV program. sanddbox already gave you a link, and you said you followed it, so there must be something else wrong. We can't really help you much beyond this.
Assume that everything I say is or could be a lie.

Oh sweet. A moderator.
Gee, when i post something on a general fourm, full of people who are just a tiny bit computer savvy, well yah know, i just expect someone to read this who had the same problem and could help.

You want to know why people ask for help? Because they want you to help. Not piss and moan about people asking for help. So you can fuck off you snobby moderator, so high and mighty in such a massive forum, that not one person could truley help me, let alone try to help without complaining, that people ask for help, on forums.

You cant help me beyond this. Maybe someone else could. The topic wasnt" Wanna bitch at me cause i need some help?"
The topic, was"Help with av.exe" If you dont want to help, then fuck you,and your little moderator title.

Im out.
