I like snakes, especially me python, Monty. Thus I am 0phidian, which is just a fancy word for a snake.

I tend to type pretty quickly and once received the comment that my fingers look like a centipede on the keyboard, and thus I was born. The '3' is for the ladies.

I was trying to make a Runescape account a good 7 or 8 years ago, and no names were ever available. When I entered "hello" this name came up as related, and it's been with me ever since.

I actually looked at this and thought it was mispelled, just from looking at centip3de so often.

I have little practical experience but have been in the game long enough to know the language and talk shit like I do.

I come from a military family where both my parents spent 21.5 years in the service, each rising to MSgt.

And "Who's on First?" is still my favourite comedy act to listen to.

It's an acronym of a variant foreign spelling of part of my name. All my normal handles were already taken.

Well I might as well join the crowd.

In my effort to find a handle I first wanted cyberbrain, as my thinking is geared towards understanding technology. Of course that one was taken and I'd decided to do the complete opposite; make fun of most people not knowing technology. The skiddy sounding name was (in retrospect) just a bonus, while it took me a while to accept that. The picture and 'free your mind' are based on the name. I see everything as a puzzle and to do the thinking necessary for hacking and puzzles in general you generally need to think outside of the box.

So both have a double meaning: no technically orientated brain nor intelligence and the complete opposite of using it to think outside of the box.
Free your mind / Think clearly
