mShred, I haven't heard back from QBKing77 but in the meantime I installed CyanogenMod 7 and I absolutely love it! I did a few benchmark tests with root on the stock rom and scores where 1200-1350. After installing CM7, 1900-2200. I really like the look and feel of it. Awesome rom! xda-devs CM7
