Phones and Private Numbers/Calls

Hello all of Hts members
i was just wondering if there is a way if i can uncover private/unknown phones calls to my mobile?
i would like to know if i have to create a program that works on my phone to do so or is there another way?

i have also looked this up on sites, and havent had much help unless im looking in the wrong areas

i have Phoenix Mobile Phone.

Usually, you can get the dialing and receiving number if you log onto your account for whatever provider you have an look around under account activity. It works for me, I have AT&T btw.
