Getting DoS on my Phone

So, recently I learned someone had DoS 7.1 on their Motorola V3I

Now, I have a Samsung SHG-600. I'd like to do the same. If I'm correct, the g600 runs Symbian.
If I'm not correct, I apologize and please correct me on this matter. Now, the only problem is, is that I'm currently behind my iMac, and I know Mac's don't support Samsung phones currently. I have a laptop that I know I could crack it on, and try to put something on there.

I just need some links or something to get me started.
I'd like to atleast be able to run a DoS program on my phone, or even Terminal if that's possible.

Could anybody give me a head start on where I need to go?
I've been googling, but to no avail.
