Running iPhone Apps with an iPhone

Theres an iPhone application I need but I don't have an iPhone, iPod or iPad. What do I need in order to download and run iPhone apps on linux? Do I need to install apples mobile OS as a guest in VirtualBox or is there an easier way?

Most of the iPhone app's out there are either games, or touch-screen enabled copies of desktop versions. If you need a program so desperately, I'm assuming that it's not a game. So that only leave's one option left, the touch-screen enabled copies of desktop versions. Now you're only task is to find such a program, I suggest starting, here.
