Most of the iPhone app's out there are either games, or touch-screen enabled copies of desktop versions. If you need a program so desperately, I'm assuming that it's not a game. So that only leave's one option left, the touch-screen enabled copies of desktop versions. Now you're only task is to find such a program, I suggest starting,
