Question about Ipv6 spoofing in

Was pondering the concept of programming a whole virtual network interface card to act as a mediator between
my other wireless network interface card and whateverelse is required. Then I could inject random ip addresses to
the virtual card and mask the ip of the real card, or just use the virtual card with the real card's attributes all except for the ip address. The only problem is that the IP Address is dynamically assigned from a fios router. Anyone with experience able to help improve my concept and/or telling me if i'm going about this the wrong way?

EDIT: I'm starting to think that because the IP Address is dynamically assigned to the wireless router that the only thing I could change would be the real network interface card's address, which I can manually change in the router's site regardless, right?
