Installing Apache on Ubuntu

What's the best way to setup a home network? Why should I care about BGP?

Installing Apache on Ubuntu

Hey guys, so I bought a book and am learning to set up my own network...but I'm having difficulty finding the version for Ubuntu. Googling it turns up Apache 2, which I tried and downloaded, but I don't see any of the configurations detailed by the book which meant for Apache 1.3. I tried the main website httpd.apache.org/download.cgi and went to binaries, etc. but there was no Ubuntu version. Where can I get the installation? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but Google isn't being a good friend to me at the moment.

sudo apt-get install apache2
Assume that everything I say is or could be a lie.

Isn't that Apache2? It's what my friend and I did, and we have the directory and we're trying to configure the config file and such but it's totally different. Idk sorry, haha I guess I'm asking dumb questions but thanks.

We have Apache2 installed that way now but no idea how to configure it since it's so radically different from the way it's displayed in the book.

Ahh, missed that part. Why not just use up-to-date documentation? Look up tutorials for apache2 on Google, or use the documentation from the apache site.
