Stuxnet?

Does anyone know where I can get the source code for the Stuxnet virus in order to study it and see what the big deal is about this virus?

It's only partial.

Does anyone know where I can get the full and complete source code for the Stuxnet virus so that I can compile it and use the virus against The United States Government?

One, that's illegal. Two, I'm pretty sure you would not be successful.

Unless you happen to have the Stuxnet binaries and a decompiler. No. The link i gave you above is the most you're gonna get right now unless you can get it yourself. Sorry.
