What could it not remove? Please provide spyware (not viruses - hence its anti-spyware) examples that were unable to be properly detected and removed, and where the spyware came from. This will narrow the source of the problem down to either the spyware definition database which claims to be around 97% effective, or the user.

Any examples that you provide in which spybot cannot remove- I will find a solution to properly remove them for you- or elaborate on how to prevent the occurances in the future.
