It clearly seems to be 4 words, so the numbers must be some encryption for letters.
Perhaps 7777, 6, 2, 777, 8, 7, 44, 666, 66, 33, ...and so on (as we then get some repeats) are each letters?? I'm pretty stumped, though.
Any ideas?

1, 5, and 9 never show up.
1 to 5 is 4, 5 to 9 is 4.
Wich leaves two blocks of three numbers (2-4 and 6-8)
Each number is specefic to a letter of course, but this could possibly be changed when used in combination with itself and/or other numbers.

7 Y
8 Y
9 N

I will be looking at this more, I can't really figure it out, but it's interesting. Just wanted to post some thoughts above.

Well this certainly changes things since it has Letters and two of the missing numbers I mentioned... I'll look into it.

... I should have emphasised: The second one has got nothing to do with the first.
