https://tlwsd.in

This is an open source URL shortener service that allows users to specify how many times a shortened URL may be used, and specify the shortened URL's expiration time. (You can make it only live for 5 minutes with 999999 uses, or for several years with only 1 use. The flexibility is yours.) Also supports password-based encryption of the destination URL.

Don't trust my server? Feel free to download and audit the source code and run your own server. :-)

(I'm not 100% sure that there's not a more appropriate place to put this, but it's relevant to Crypto culture and uses cryptography.)

Pretty cool but I'm curious as to what problem this solves. Also it seems really easy to DoS.

Ideal situation: sending links through Forum PMs and Twitter DMs and not having a malicious third party (federal investigators, black hat hackers, etc.) know what you linked the other person to.

If you know of any DoS vulnerabilities that are fixable, let me know.
