I'll just get this out of the way now, I'm a total noob to cryptography. The only knowledge I have comes from ARGs where messages would be encoded in binary, hex, base 64, decimal, ceasar ciphers, and the like. I realize that this pales in comparison to the knowledge of everyone on this site, however, I can learn fast.

Anyways, a friend of mine posed a challenge of decrypting this:

I just wanted to tell you that I don´t think the majority can decrypt this. So don´t feel ignored.

The reason no one is posting on this, is because the OP is just asking us to do his work for him.
Either way, it's not an encryption. It's an encoding. There IS a difference. My guess is you could probably open up Microsoft Word and mess around with the different encoding fonts and you'll eventually figure it out.

Hi i would have to agree with mShared this seems more like a encodin like you would see in something minute like note pad ect , mShared prttey much soke for me i would just mess around with it and see what happens
