Cryto challenge from Neil Patrick Harris via Twitter

So Neil Patrick Harris (@ActuallyNPH) tweeted this yesterday:

Iy uar ati tete akhn, moyuf vr tFag elg reio ar ofea etcbmews hdencof.

He followed it up with this clue:

The sentence is in order. Just not the one you think.

I haven't tried to crack it yet; thought some folks here might be interested. Pretty random. One of the only puzzles I've ever seen on Twitter. :)

First thing I did was to try all ROT variations. No dice. Figured it would be harder than that. I'm going to save them to a file when I get the time and do frequency analysis, try to figure out a pattern. Use some sort of anagram solver. One thing to look for is the capital F and the capital I (eye).
Assume that everything I say is or could be a lie.

SPOILER: take the first letter, then the last, second, last-1,third, last-2 ... Solution is: If you can read this tweet me back the name of your favorite Fraggle.

Did you figure that out on your own? If so, props to you.
