I haven't tried to crack it yet; thought some folks here might be interested. Pretty random. One of the only puzzles I've ever seen on Twitter.

First thing I did was to try all ROT variations. No dice. Figured it would be harder than that. I'm going to save them to a file when I get the time and do frequency analysis, try to figure out a pattern. Use some sort of anagram solver. One thing to look for is the capital F and the capital I (eye).
