I've been seeing them lately in the featured Youtube videos. I was thinking that either it might be a game, a social experiment, or maybe just some really annoying advertisers.

Dang...I was hoping I could be lazy since I had other homework to do....oh well, I'll try to decode the message later. It's probably some sort of ascii shift?

Is there any good decoder program to download? I suppose making a program wouldn't take that long, but I'm really lazy/rusty with my programming skills....

Doesn't look like a standard shift. I've seen enough ROT-13 that I can practically read it without converting. My guess is that someone is trying to make a YouTube spambot is either testing it or failing hard.
