People who know anything about cryptography would know that you can't just give us a string of hex and expect us to turn it into a message. If we know the algorithm and it is one with a known exploit, then we can help, but you must remember that the point of encryption is to make it unreadable to anyone without the key.
There are two possibilities that would mean that it's even possible:
1) You know the algorithm and how it works is publicly knows.
2) The "encryption" is just an anagram or something which you need to solve yourself.
What I can do to help you is to get you to look up a number of simple algorithms so you get how they work. Look up Rail Fence Cipher, Cesar Cipher and One Time Pad. These are all word game problems, but they help you understand.
And this can't be the most difficult challenge ever, there are millions of literally impossible to decrypt files out there.
