Ok, here goes.

There are a group of my friend that made a encription in about yr 5 (we just finished yr 9) and I only just found out about it.

This is a sample of the encrypted text

And this is the same message decrypted (I think) by one of the said friends

Can you help me out in working out the encryption.

I'm not sure you get the good meaning of encryption. The sentence is in French, and you can translate it to :

The silver worthless tears won't fall from her eyes anymore.

But the end of the sentence is incorrect or not complete.
"guillemet" means the quote symbol : "
