Can anyone decrypt this string I encrypted? It was encrypted using a program I made. For encryption the program just uses basic PHP string functions, but decrypting them requires reversing the string functions in the right order.

Looks like an integer to me 
Could be quite a few possible things, including concatenated ascii codes representing integers.
