Moved to Operating Systems since this is an operating system issue and not General Discussion.

Firefox isn't a goddamned IRC client. That might be your first issue.

Terminal can be found by searching for it. Whodathunk?

Other things that will save you trouble are Google.com. Also, before criticizing Ubuntu because of a Firefox issue, maybe you should criticize Firefox? Since it's, well, a Firefox issue.

Could be either, I'm pretty sure it's actually the java plug-ins issue.

Look at the flipside of that coin. Do you think others joined up to help you with things that a simple google search will take care of?

Not even a google search. You just search it in the guy's search area.
