Network Install (SUSE)

So, I haven't been on here for quite a while. I've been busy as ever, with school, work, and life in general.

Currently I am in a Suse Linux Enterprise Server Admin class.
My teacher has given us an assignment. It's a 4 person class, and we primarily work on VMware, but right now he wants us to use a physical machine.

The class room has a data server that hosts all of the extra ISOs, and student files etc. for other classes in this room, and also hosts the class room's version of DeepFreeze (image/security program to keep computers frozen.)

We have a VERY old (around 10 year old) IBM machine that has a 9.1gb SCSI drive, and a 200gb IDE drive. Currently the 9.1gb has windows server 2003 r2 on it. It doesn't recognize a DVD, and we have swapped dvd drives, it continues to recognize the drive as a CD drive. We have researched the bios, and found no updates for it that will recognize DVD drives.

So, the assignment for us is to install Suse (SLES 11) from the server we have hosting files onto the IBM machine. So if anyone has any commentary/suggestions for what to do... we can find plenty of different instruction manuals, but we have been assigned to go out to the various linux/IT communities and ask for opinions.

So any instructions and OPINIONS on the best methods to use would be great.

A method is to install it using PXE(this depends what operating system your server is using):
