Hey guys, I want to learn more about staying anonymous. I can't seem to find enough info on the net. I know that open proxies aren't good enough. I know about private proxies but not affiliated with any of the owners. Does anyone here know anyone that may have some?

You can always use Charon to leech/Grab
and then test the proxies for ann
you know
just set it to search
come back in 5-10 hours
hit test
come back in 20-30 hours
now filter some proxies with rate less than 90/100
you have your BEST OF THE BEST proxy list
you know, you just need time
