Would be nice if we created a REAL hacking scene and upload it for the world to see. Compare it to some of those hacking movies. Heck, the audience would get a headache after watching it with all the programming language code and shell code.

Hollywood doesn't try to be accurate. They try to make it more interesting than it really is. Their objective has never been an accurate representation, and it never will be.

Just watched that movie. It's really cool to go through it slowly and look at all the cliches and see all the random "techie" garble they throw in. Like random hex strings and the IRC usernames "F4RR3LL" and "WAR10CK" lol.
The glass is neither half-full nor half-empty; it's merely twice as big as it needs to be.
