Not exactly sure what you just asked. But you can still do the missions here. Though they may not necessarily work in the real world, if that's what you're asking.

I Googled around for mIRC exploits from 2004 (5 years before the mission was created), found and tried this popular D** S**D exploit many times, changed it a little, still nothing.

Can anyone confirm that this mission is not broken?
