It does not appear the association has been made yet (right hand column under "yahoo"). After you've completed the registration with the nickserv, you should see the command to link it in the motd of the HTB channel.

HI have been trying this for a while now and was wondering if there is another link to ybbot commands as the one supplied seems dead. HAve searched google but the site doesn't seem to exist anymore

Search google better. Just because THAT site doesn't exist, doesn't mean there aren't other sites with the same information... or better yet... the bot scripts themselves.
