Two Part Stegonagraphy Challenge

I have made a stenography challenge for you all.
It comes in two parts
1.) The Key
2.) The Encoded text.

I won't tell you which one has the key, or which one has the encoded text.
I also will not say if the Encoded text translates to English

The files themselves(i.e. picture or audio) are unimportant therefore Image preview and audio have been corrupted.
