Find what's hiding in plain sight

Hi everyone, this is my first forum post.

Just completed this mission, the password is in the English language for those who are trying.

Look carefully into the text and use the correct cipher.

I completed by trying to make the plaintext I get sound as close to English as possible.

Is this too spoilerish?

I'm a little stumped here, just a quick question. Ummm.... how do I say this.... Is it supposed to be like switching a light switch?

I have noticed a few little things ... :)
The first two lines of text is a bit different from the rest. Some letters are BOLDED. This should mean something? A little harder to see but does not necessarily mean that it is not distraction :?

Hey guys,

I have used the cipher and obtained a result which is: "....." Where the periods represent the length of two words, one which is 3 character long and the other 4. I seem to have hit a dead end and cannot understand what I am doing wrong. Any help? (BTW, I am using only the first two lines since the rest don't seem to help much)

edit: I got it after paying close attention to the hints :D

i know how to decipher but lemme just say that it is really hard to "read" from the image.
i think it would help to post the encrypted string from the image in a format like "1101100110..."
a person not having read the needed information on wiki wouldn't know what to do with it anyway.

well i guess I'll continue.

edit: got it. but i stand by my proposal ^^

It's supposed to be hard to read from the image, that's the point of hiding a message in a message and the solution isn't going to be handed out.

no i mean i couldn't even write down the encrypted info from the image because it's so blurry...
and i solved it right after i posted the last msg, but only by some trying and because the password was NOT vhk/uz5 or something.

My god that took ages, i really went the long way round again and focussed on the obvious only which was a mistake. Then i thought I wasted my time for a moment, when finally i took more into account haha

Really liked this one!
