Ok, so I'm new to this and not too sure where to go, or what to do with what i'm presented with in this one. Do i need any other programs to do this? or what should i do to solve this level?

... have you tried programming 1-5 yet?
The glass is neither half-full nor half-empty; it's merely twice as big as it needs to be.
