Programming 4 In JavaScript (Canvas)

Hey everybody. I'm trying to figure out programming challenge 4, and implement the render in Javascript.
Actually i think i got the most right, but there's something wrong with the arcs. I guess it's because i don't understand the values I'm given. What does ArcExtend stand for?
Well, anyways, here's my code, hope somebody can help me. The Arc rendering is put in the "drawArc" function of XMLParser

I would think ArcExtend simply means endAngle.

edit: don't take my word on that. maybe it means the difference between startAngle and endAngle. try both
