I have successfully written a program to analyse the image but, when I get the ascii character codes, the morse is wrong. One string was: .---,,--,,---,-----,,,,,---,--,-. What's the problem?

This may sound a bit stupid, but morse is dots and dashes so shouldn't the commas be dots?

actually that isnt stupid its what the problem is. I believe that has to do with a certain start value in the loop. I dont have any comma's in my answer.

HEY DJ can you tell me in which language you completed this mission..i have tried in PHP,perl,c++ all have the same common problem...GD is not present..so thats why i am asking..

You have to decode the more code into actual textual characters to get the password- the password isn't dots and dashes, its text.
@leonidas_heaven- i did it in java- very very easy because of its awt library- pm me for help using it in you need

but to do this in ruby you nead some librarys that don't work ... )

Hi,

Compared to your problems, mine seems quite obvious but... how do you manage to save your picture, run your program and post the result in less then 15 seconds ? 30 seconds for the first one was nearly not enough

5 seconds to save the image
.001 seconds for the program to run
3 seconds to copy the result
3 seconds to paste it in and hit enter
Keep multiple windows up at once if you have to, or learn to submit your answer/get the image using sockets.

I initially did it similar to what TheMindRapist described, by saving the image, running my code, then copying and pasting the results. The nice thing about these challenges is that if you're fairly new to any programming, you will gain more experience as you go on. I'm sure I could rewrite this one now using automation.
